Every order follows our standard 7-step quality flow. From audited factories to AQL 2.5 quality checks, we ensure reliable delivery for all order sizes and apparel types.
First Meeting
We begin with a quick consultation over email or WhatsApp. Share your product requirements, target fabric, quantity, and timeline we'll align on specs, pricing, and scheduling right away.

Tech Pack Design
Seamless manufacturing starts with an accurate tech pack. Bring your own, or let our design team craft one from scratch. We detail every fabric spec, component, and stitching line so suppliers get it right the first time just send us your sketches or inspiration images.

Sample Development
Once the tech pack is finalized, we produce your initial prototype. Review the fit, feel, and details firsthand before committing to mass production. Sample development usually takes 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity.

Sample Revisions
We fine tune and adjust the sample until it perfectly matches your vision. Once approved, your sample fees are fully credited toward your bulk production order.

Bulk Production
After sample sign-off, we launch full-scale manufacturing. Production timelines vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, and design complexity.

Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes strict AQL 2.5 third-party inspection prior to dispatch. Independent auditors check materials, stitching, measurements, and finishing with zero exceptions.

Shipping
Once production wrapping is finished, we coordinate worldwide shipping with verified freight partners. You will receive complete tracking details, and your garments will arrive ready for sale straight to your warehouse or store.
