Every production runs through the same 7-step process. Verified factory, AQL 2.5 inspection, accountable delivery. Regardless of quantity or garment type.
First Meeting
We start with a direct consultation via email or WhatsApp. Tell us your garment type, quantity, fabric and timeline. We align on specs, volume pricing and production schedule.

Tech Pack Design
Every production begins with a clear tech pack. If you already have one, great. If not, our team can create it for you. A tech pack ensures factories understand every detail, from fabrics and components to construction methods, no matter the language or location. All we need are your sketches or references, and we'll handle the rest.

Sample Production
Once your tech pack is confirmed, we create a first sample. You can review quality, fit and details before bulk production. Samples typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity. Sample cost is 100% refundable on your bulk order.

Sample Review
You'll receive the sample for approval. This is your chance to check details and request adjustments. We refine the product until it matches your exact specifications. Your sample cost is fully refundable when you proceed to bulk.

Bulk Production
Once your sample is approved, we move into full production. Bulk typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on product type and quantity.

Quality Control
Every bulk order goes through AQL 2.5 third-party quality inspection before shipment. No exceptions. Independent inspectors verify materials, construction and finishing against the approved sample.

Shipping
When production is complete, we arrange reliable shipping through trusted logistics partners. You'll receive all shipment details, and your products will be delivered directly to you, ready to sell.
